Functional Crisis?

A short 2-hour project, double sided playing cards pose a functional crisis. Originally concieved as a parody against the serious of the game and the resulting 'poker faces' these cards are not kept close to the players chest.
But perhaps if different cards were placed on either side, the game could evolve - with cheatera turning cards around to ones that they do want, using these to decieve other players - or introducing an element of memory into the game where if you remember what cards are on the back of what cards you could control the game.
An interesting sidenote resulting in the prototype was how much nicer the cards felt being thicker (prototype was made by double-siding 2 cards together) and also how it felt to shuffle and deal from a pack that was twice as thick.
